sandbox psychos
WARNING: VERY BAD, GRAPHIC IMAGE BELOW!

today i was wrestling with my furniture vendor as it seems to suddenly have a mind of its own. i dragged it over to a sandbox for testing and noticed i wasn't the only one in need of frustration release ...
sadly, this isn't the first time i've discovered tortured newbie mannequins shattered, wedged into buildings or flying from a ceiling fan :/. instead of newbie, the dummies should be replicas of the killers themselves, good "grief." does this mean the sandbox is safer than it used to be for us living avies? or, now that psychos seem to have a virtual outlet, maybe RL is? smh. (see "SL lingo" page above)

cupid clutter
today was the start of second life's valentine scavenger hunt. i think it's a neat idea for those who want something to do and for newer residents to collect some new objects. i followed the first few clues with enthusiasm, but soon realized i was acquiring more objects than i need - with an inventory of over 21k items (was 24k a few weeks ago!) after discovering only one of the golden hearts, i already had a couple of objects, folders and notecards. suddenly i decided to opt out of the hunt and save the clutter!
